Phil brings to Cato a long and successful career in similar roles in the IT industry, working for Global 2000 companies (IBM, Hitachi) as well as start-ups.  He has a track record of creatively opening new markets and introducing new IT products, including hardware, systems, software and services,  and has successfully managed domestic and international sales operations. 


As a relationship builder, he has architected strategic relationships that created win-win opportunities.  A member of Cato’s Executive Committee, Phil is a key contributor to the company’s on-going success and growth.
